DEPOSIT POLICY

We apply the Portfolio Collection standard:

"Portfolio establishments request deposit payments. In most instances credit cards are used. Often a deposit will be deducted against your credit card, ahead of your arrival. The deposit is usually the first night's accommodation. For a stay of more than 4 days a 50% deposit may be required.

The general rule for cancellations prior to arrival is:
Less than 7 days forfeit the full deposit; From 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit; From 14 to 21 days forfeit 50% of the deposit; From 21 to 28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit"
